A dog who only heels when the path is empty was never heeling; he was picking a speed that happened to match yours. On a narrow stretch with strangers closing from the front, that choice becomes your problem in about four seconds. Most owners respond by going earlier and earlier, then not going at all.

Some dogs need more than four visits can deliver. Board and train runs four to six weeks. Your dog lives with Shawn full time and trains every day in real places - sidewalks, stores, parking lots, parks - never in a kennel run between sessions. Shawn handles pickup and delivery himself, so he sees your household before the dog leaves it, and three reintegration sessions at your home hand the work back to you.
