Your home and surrounding areas are the best places to develop good behavior in your dog. Our in home dog training program is the best choice to show you how to do that. If your dog won't come when called, walk peacefully behind you on command, or 'stay' when told to do so in a familiar environment to him, you can forget about reliable obedience in the outside world where there are unfamiliar distractions and excitement. In order to gain reliable and trustworthy behavior in public, you'll need to first to teach your dog to be respectful, cooperative and obedient in and around your home.
Problems like "leash aggression", "separation anxiety", "possessiveness", jumping on people, and being generally unruly and out of control are usually rooted in the relationship and habits formed in the living environment with the dog(s). Therefore, a familiar environment is a great place to start correcting undesirable behaviors - for the dogs and people involved. So we begin there and teach you how to gain and maintain control of your dog without treats, harsh corrections, yelling, or frustration.
We focus on things like Proximity - where your dog is in relation to you (and who decides), and teach you how to gain your dog's cooperation and obedience with commands like "here", "down", "wait", and "follow". Our focus is on get your dog to be obedient to you for the right reasons. We teach you how to gain your dog's trust and respect while teaching you to respect and lead your dog with appropriate affection and effective corrections - without needing to use clickers, treats, prong collars, or e-collars.
