A well-trained dog behaves in ways that enhance your connection and relationship. A well-trained dog greets you and your guests respectfully with a wagging tail, and all four feet on the ground. He'll walk beside you instead of dragging you around by pulling on the leash. He'll even walk behind you if you tell him to.
